Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms are written to be read. They explain what you can expect from WorkHub and what we expect from you. If anything is unclear, email hello@workhubsuite.com.
1. The agreement
WorkHub is provided by Davis Productions LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service form an agreement between us and the business that signs up for WorkHub ("you", "the customer"). The person who signs up confirms that they are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that business.
WorkHub is a service for businesses. It isn't intended for personal, family or household use.
2. Your account
- Give us accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for the people you invite to your workspace, including team members and client portal users, and for what they do there.
- Keep passwords and access credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Account administrators control roles and access within the workspace.
3. Free trial
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. We won't charge it during the trial.
When the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and we charge your card for the plan you chose, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
4. Subscription, billing and renewal
WorkHub has a single plan that includes every feature and unlimited users. You can pay monthly ($149 per month) or yearly ($1,490 per year). Prices are in US dollars.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and we charge the card on file for the next period, until you cancel.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. The new price takes effect at your next renewal after that notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
- Taxes. Prices don't include taxes. If we're required to collect sales or similar taxes, we'll add them to your bill.
- Card details. Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We don't receive or store your full card number.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. There's no contract or cancellation fee. When you cancel, your subscription won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. To cancel, use the billing settings in WorkHub or email us.
6. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or for downgrading or cancelling partway through a monthly or yearly period, except where required by law. If you think you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
7. Failed payments and suspension
If a payment fails, we'll let you know by email and may retry the charge. You can update your card at any time using the link in our billing emails. If the balance remains unpaid, we may suspend your workspace until it's paid. While a workspace is suspended your data is kept, but you and your users can't use the service. If the balance still isn't paid, we may cancel the subscription.
8. Your data
- You own your data. Everything you and your users put into WorkHub (tickets, emails, projects, messages, files, time entries, invoices and so on) belongs to you.
- Our limited permission. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display your data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you.
- Separation. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's data.
- Export. You can ask for an export of your data at any time by emailing us, including after you cancel.
- After cancellation. After your subscription ends we keep your data for a limited period so you can request an export, and then we delete it, except where we must keep certain records (such as billing records) by law.
- Your customers' information. You're responsible for having the right to put your customers' and contacts' information into WorkHub and to email them through it.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use WorkHub to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or email people who haven't agreed to hear from you where consent is required;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, abusive or harassing;
- try to access another company's workspace or data, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits or access controls;
- resell the service or provide it to third parties as your own product without our written agreement.
If we believe you're breaking these rules, we may suspend access to the affected part of the service and will usually contact you first, unless the situation is urgent.
10. Third-party services and AI agents
WorkHub can connect to services that other companies provide, such as Google Calendar, Reclaim, and AI agents like Claude. When you connect one:
- your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and you're responsible for your account with that provider;
- data you choose to share with it leaves WorkHub and is handled by that provider;
- you're responsible for what an AI agent you connect does in your workspace, including the emails it sends to your customers. Review its configuration and use the kill switch if you need to stop it.
We aren't responsible for third-party services or their availability.
11. Invoices you send to your clients
WorkHub helps you create and send invoices to your own clients. The invoices are between you and your clients. We aren't a party to those transactions, we don't collect payments on your behalf, and we aren't responsible for your clients paying you.
12. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep WorkHub running and secure, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need short maintenance windows. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if we remove something significant that you rely on, we'll give you reasonable notice.
13. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these terms, WorkHub is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if advised of the possibility;
- our total liability for any claim relating to WorkHub or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for WorkHub in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your data, your use of WorkHub in breach of these terms, or your dealings with your own customers and clients.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll email account administrators at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use WorkHub after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
